The Floating General Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cincinnati, OH. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functionality across multiple locations, and act as the primary point of contact for staff and patrons. Responsibilities include managing the budget, recruiting and training staff, implementing internal processes, maintaining quality assurance, and fostering a positive community environment. The Floating General Manager will also manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience in facilities management, operations, or similar roles is a plus
- Understanding of budget management and financial planning
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sports, recreation, and community engagement
- Ability to work on‑site and handle multi‑location responsibilities in Cincinnati, OH
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, business, or related fields
