Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Performance Bonuses

The Role:What You'll Do
You will be the executive lead for [Number] locations across Greater Cincinnati. Your focus is on scaling excellence and building a leadership pipeline that lasts.
- Strategic P&L Ownership: You are responsible for the financial health of your district. You will analyze trends, identify gaps in labor or COGS, and implement aggressive strategies to drive EBITDA.
- Talent Architect: You don't just hire General Managers; you develop them. You will be responsible for the "bench," ensuring your district is always staffed with high-performing, growth-minded leaders.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain "audit-ready" standards across every store. You ensure every taco served meets our gold standard for quality, speed, and safety.
- Community & Culture: Build a team culture that thrives on positivity and guest-obsession. You will ensure your stores are active, positive members of their local Cincinnati neighborhoods.
- Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environment (Taco/Mexican QSR experience is a major plus).
- Financial Mastery: Proven track record of managing multi-unit P&Ls and hitting KPIs in competitive markets.
- Leadership Style: You lead from the field, not from an office. You are a coach who knows how to inspire 100+ team members to reach a common goal.
- Mobility: Must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel regularly across the Greater Cincinnati/NKY area.
- Top-of-Market Pay: Starting base salary of $90,000 – $100,000
