This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage staff schedules, ensure quality control of services, and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves coordinating logistics for cleaning services, troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting team development and training.

• Operational and managerial skills, including team leadership, staff management, and organizational abilities
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving skills to address operational and service challenges
• Customer service and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Proficiency in scheduling and time management to effectively oversee operations and meet deadlines
• Experience in the commercial cleaning, facility management, or similar industry preferred
• Ability to work and perform all responsibilities on-site in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
