Senior Project Manager

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a Mission Critical background. This role offers an opportunity to shape projects that positively impact society and the environment.

• Oversee the overall direction of large, complex, or multiple projects with dedicated Project Management Teams.
• Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely, cost‑effective completion.
• Budget, organize, implement, and schedule projects.
• Manage the transition from estimate/pre‑construction to construction, including design management when applicable.
• Ensure projects are constructed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• 6+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 6+ years track record of delivering on‑time projects.
• 6+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 6+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 6+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 6+ years managing and developing successful teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent, plus minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience.
