As the Associate General Manager – Service & Solutions, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounding safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

Bring progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union‑represented workforce. Use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or 5+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Annual Base Pay Range: $139,000 – $182,000. Compensation will depend on the ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% target incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
