Ready to lead the next wave of soccer innovation? We are looking for an Operations Manager with grit to lead our cutting-edge TOCA Soccer Facility. If you have a passion for people, a love for sports, and the resourcefulness to make things happen, this is your moment. You’ll be the MVP in creating epic training experiences, keeping the vibe fresh, and achieving KPIs across the board.
This role is for the bold, driven, and those who thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Leadership & Team Development (30%)
- Partner with the Regional Director of Operations to scout, recruit, and build a high-performing team.
- Coach, inspire, and lead your team, fostering a culture where every member feels valued and motivated to perform at their best.
- Drive team engagement and retention by creating a growth-, learning-, and fun-oriented work environment.
Center Operations (50%)
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the center is clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Lead coaches and front-desk staff to create a high-energy, guest-first atmosphere.
- Manage recruiting and scheduling to maintain smooth training sessions and guest needs.
- Design and implement maintenance protocols to keep the facility in top condition.
- Deliver a guest-centric experience and address concerns with effective routines.
- Track and drive KPIs related to facility upkeep, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Community Marketing & Sales Enablement (20%)
- Deliver excellent experiences to new guests and contribute to conversion efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Engage with center and regional teams to host community events and generate buzz.
- Represent TOCA in the local soccer community and build partnerships that support growth.
- Live and embody TOCA’s core values—excellence, grit, innovation, and community.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain a unified, high-energy culture across the facility.
- 1–2 years of operations leadership experience; bonus points if in sports, retail, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in juggling schedules and maintaining smooth operations.
- Passion for people and sports; ability to connect, engage, and build a community.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours due to soccer actions and events.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, moving, and being on your feet.
- Strong financial sense and ability to assess impact on the bottom line.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create a welcoming environment aligned with TOCA’s vibe.
