Overview

Founded in 1910, KONE is a global leader in elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors. KONE Cincinnati seeks an Associate General Manager – Service & Solutions to manage the local service business, execute business plans, and maintain a high‑performance team.

• Drive the service business operations for the Cincinnati territory.
• Develop, execute, and own the annual business plan, including budget management.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver solution‑based services.
• Promote a safety‑first culture focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Co‑ordinate and develop a union‑represented workforce, providing coaching, reinforcement, and performance development.

• Progressive leadership experience in a service or consultative selling environment.
• Service expertise with a focus on solutions for customers.
• Experience leading a union represented workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent professional experience (at least 5 years in a related industry).

Annual Base Pay Range: $139,000 – $182,000. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% target incentive based on achievement of company and individual goals.
