Job Description

Wegman Company, a respected leader in interior installation, relocation, warehousing, and asset management in the Cincinnati region, is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role involves leading medium to high‑complexity projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceeding client expectations. The Project Manager will oversee teams ranging from 6 to 15 members or larger, engage in high‑to moderate‑level stakeholder communication, and use tools such as Plan Grid, eManage, and Microsoft Project to drive project success and process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage projects from kickoff through completion and closeout
  • Define scope, resource allocation, labor needs, timelines, and communication plans
  • Lead and coordinate medium to large teams (6-15+ members)
  • Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Manage budgets, costs, and project profitability with rigorous oversight
  • Monitor and address risks, scope changes, and project challenges proactively
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
  • Track timelines and provide regular reporting on project status (daily, weekly, as needed)
  • Collaborate with operations, field teams, and the warehouse to support project delivery
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and share lessons learned
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and time management skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally and regionally
