Ferguson is searching for an associate ready to step into a Project Manager position for a key customer account (Large Piping Fabricator).## Responsibilities Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Performance, and workflow efficiency
* Manage key customer account from inquiry to award date through project closeout.
* Collaborate with customer, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.
* Develop and manage multiple project schedules
* Monitor progress of overall construction activities.
* Lead calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor
* Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities. technical issues, documentation, etc.
* Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project.
* Review and approve suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities## Qualifications
* Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management. Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.
* Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.
* Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.
* Strong organizational skills Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.
* Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization
* Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.

- ** Pay Range:**-$4,500.00 - $11,275.00
- *** Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles
* OR
* Hourly for all other roles.***-This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
