Epic Manager, IT -Ambulatory

Immediate Need for a perm full time hybrid Epic Manager, IT Applications-Ambulatory. Location:
Ohio area. Salary: $145K max. Full Benefits.

*** Candidates must reside within 2.5 hrs of Cincinnati, OH. (Hybrid Schedule)

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Value-Based Program Management experience required.
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
• Min 5 years experience directly related to managing Epic staff members.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

• 10 to 12 Direct reports.
• The Manager IT Application's role is to supervise and maintain the organization’s repository of software applications through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of a technical team
• Complete staff performance recommendations on time.
• Recommend disciplinary action or promotion path as appropriate.
• Manage project resources appropriately to ensure quality of work life balance.
• Provide team leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget within the project schedule.
• Ensure that project solutions, system acquisitions and modifications meet the goals and objectives of the requesting department.
• Provides guidance and direction to team members to ensure quality procedures, techniques and standards are followed.
