The Sr Program Manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This position will lead and oversee complex projects ensuring they align with strategic goals and are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Essential Functions- Lead program coordination and communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
- Prepare and maintain program documentation and reports, including plans, reports, and change requests.
- Use metrics to assess program performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to ensure program success.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources; oversee budget, maintain cost books, and program EACs.
- Brief executive level staff on program performance and contribution towards division goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field. 6+ years of Project or Program Management experience. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field. 4+ years of Project or Program Management experience. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with DOD Programs or military preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
