Description

Gold Star's General Managers are highly instrumental in the success of our organization through outstanding leadership in operations, finance, customer relations, food safety, and Human Resources. The General Manager plays a significant role in cultivating the atmosphere and culture of the restaurant. By achieving the mission, vision, and values of Gold Star Brands with thoughtful intention through their actions, decision-making, and fulfillment of job responsibilities.
CoreResponsibilities
- Culture Builder – crafting a positive, collaborative culture with a focus on communication and core values.
- People Leadership – interview, onboard, train, schedule, coach, engage, and develop store crew members.
- Operations – manage productivity, quality, and food safety.
- Financial Management – oversee sales growth, labor, cost of goods, controllable expenses, and overall profitability of the store.
- Customer Relations – ensure exceptional experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
- Community Ambassador – foster a strong presence in the local community and build positive public relations.
