Job Summary

Assumes the overall responsibility for the quality and compliance management of the Kimberly‑Clark account portfolio. The Quality & Compliance Manager collaborates with EMCOR departments and suppliers to ensure work orders are managed within the established KPIs, manages supplier cost and delivery to all sites, develops strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of facilities, plans and executes audits, routine maintenance and improvement projects for facility and equipment, and partners with the Kimberly‑Clark team to manage properties, budget, and customer experience.

Occasional air travel is required; unwillingness to travel via air will disqualify the candidate.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • This position will work with subcontracted vendors to ensure we are providing Kimberly Clark with the best service and cost. Develop an auditing process for our key vendors to hold them accountable to meeting our customer’s expectations, and establish quarterly business reviews with our key vendors (top 5‑10 vendors) to develop a strong relationship and partnership. Build and develop the EMCOR culture.
  • Assist Finance Manager and Regional Managers on all financials, including, but not limited to, monthly billing statements, expense forms, purchase orders, capital forecasting and budget. Work with AP on process improvements with vendors.
  • Continuous Improvement & Reliability to develop more efficient processes and procedures for site personnel. Key contributor in training on CMMS system and CMMS system development. Utilize Six Sigma training as a tool to improve processes and procedures.
  • Investigate, develop and implement projects, processes or activities to reduce or contain costs, increase quality levels and meet standards. Utilize technical competency, relevant work experience and comprehensive/diverse facilities knowledge to generate creative solutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment with associates and customers. For associates, train, mentor, manage the review process and engage in associate development. For customers, develop and maintain a positive relationship that supports open dialogue.
  • Promote commitment to environmental health and safety by adhering to safety practices, investigating concerns and making recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be 21 years old or older.
  • Minimum of 7‑10 years of experience in facilities management.
  • OSHA 10‑hour and/or 30‑hour card. BOMA, IFMA, LEED certifications a plus.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
  • Requires use of MS Project, Word and Excel; experience with enterprise software and CMMS required.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent office deskwork requiring sitting, using phone and computer; regular extensive walking when performing site audits and physical building checks; occasional requirement to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
  • Office environment with minimal noise level; occasional presence on construction projects with exposure to noise, dust and debris; overnight travel may be required.
