DESCRIPTION

This is a  Hybrid role, working in the office 3 days a week.

You will lead high-impact analytics, space management, and category management teams across multiple client accounts-delivering data-driven insights that improve performance , drive efficiency, and generate measurable value .

Partner with senior leadership to manage client relationships while building the capabilities to evolve into a strategic client advisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

_What You'll Do_

+ Client Partnership:
Assist in the management of multiple clients-understanding client goals, supporting performance discussions, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness

+ Client Value Delivery:
Ensure teams consistently deliver measurable value, including sales growth, improved processes, and enhanced decision-making support for clients

+ Team Leadership:
Lead and develop high-performing teams delivering space management, analytics, and category support across varying client needs

+ Strategic Execution :
Translate client and leadership priorities into clear team direction, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables

+ Category & Space Expertise:
Apply best practices in space management, assortment, and analytics to support fact-based decision making

+ Operational Excellence:
Improve processes, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and scalability

+ Growth Support:
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deepen engagement in partnership with senior leaders

+ Support the development and optimization of tools and solutions that support data analysis and decision-making

+ Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing across teams

QUALIFICATIONS

_What You Bring_

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

+ 5-8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1-3+ years in a leadership role

+ Strong knowledge of the CPG industry and space management/category management practices

+ Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience leveraging data, tools, and insights to support business decisions

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry tools

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

+ Strong CPG expertise with proficiency in industry tools of Blue Yonder, Circana, Nielsen , Power BI and Microsoft Office

+ Proven leader who drives project execution, sets clear goals, and delivers measurable results

+ Results-oriented with the ability to remove obstacles and keep teams on track

+ Adaptable communicator who tailors messaging to diverse audiences
