Job Description
Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in‑depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain practical experience in multiple aspects of our business operations.
The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management, and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.
- Rotate through departments and immerse yourself in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months of hire.
- Qualified to drive a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs and meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). an active driver’s license.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment.
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
- Co‑op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production or administrative role.
- A business or related academic major.
- A leadership or management role on campus or in related extracurricular activities.
Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
