Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and ambitious Team Leader Trainee to join our growing organization. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership capabilities, strengthen business acumen, and prepare for future management opportunities.
As a Team Leader Trainee, you will work closely with experienced leaders, gain hands-on exposure to business operations, and learn how to effectively guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
