About our role

Reporting to the Head of DX Marketing Acceleration, AEMEA, this role leads the brand portfolio acceleration mini squad in AEMEA. It shapes how missions from Global Brand Teams are converted into focused, measurable acceleration programs, ensures fast learning and scaling, and drives strong collaboration across global, regional, and market teams. The role champions a curious, open minded, and hard working culture, with disciplined measurement and clear return on investment.

What

you will do
  • Lead the brand portfolio acceleration strategy, brand selection process, and squad operating rhythm across AEMEA.
  • Align with Global Brand Teams on missions, success measures, and governance; ensure clarity of outcomes and timelines.
  • Drive high-impact acceleration plans and ensure disciplined execution, learning, and iteration across markets.
  • Build scalable ways of working: playbooks, capability uplift, and adoption tracking that improves speed and quality.
  • Executive stakeholder management: communicate progress, impact, risks, and investment needs with clear business rationale.
  • People and delivery leadership: coach managers, set standards, and build a culture of curiosity, ownership, and partnership.
What you will need
  • University level education or equivalent
  • Advanced experience in brand growth leadership, digital commerce, or transformation preferred
  • 10 years+ experience in digital marketing, electronic commerce, brand growth, or digital transformation
  • 5+ years leading multi-market programmes or leading teams delivering growth against clear targets
  • Strong experience partnering with global teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrates strong brand growth leadership with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results through strategic thinking, innovation, and effective execution.
  • Strong analytical judgement and decision-making capability, able to navigate ambiguity, prioritise resources effectively, and focus on the highest-impact opportunities grounded in data and evidence.
  • Proven ability to design and implement operating models that accelerate delivery, learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams and markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and align stakeholders across global, regional, and market teams, including close collaboration with regional/global headquarters and teams in Japan.
  • Strong programme management and prioritisation capabilities, ensuring effective coordination, accountability, and delivery in complex and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong people leadership mindset, fostering coaching, clarity, trust-building, and accountability to develop high-performing teams and partnerships.
  • Growth-oriented, curious, and proactive, with a commitment to innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on business value and outcomes.
  • High level of Powerpoint and presentation skill required
