Project Manager — Commercial General Contractor

A well-established general contractor with a deep footprint across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. They self-perform select trades and have built a reputation on delivering complex commercial projects — corporate interiors, healthcare, higher education, and municipal work — with a repeat-client rate north of 80%. Privately held, financially conservative, and not going anywhere.

We're looking for a Project Manager who can run multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout. You'll own the budget, manage owner relationships, lead project engineers and coordinators, and keep subcontractor performance where it needs to be. This firm runs lean PM teams, so you'll have real ownership — not just paperwork.

5+ years of project management experience with a commercial GC

• Strong financial acumen — you can build, track, and defend a budget
• Experience with negotiated work and hard-bid projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects in different phases
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred, not required
