Champion Window - District Sales Manager

If you are enthusiastic and financially driven, with leadership and in‑home sales experience, join the Champion Window team! As a District Sales Manager, you will recruit, hire, train employees, drive sales, and grow profits across multiple locations.

  • Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer‑first focus across the team.
  • Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team‑oriented environment.
  • Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with in‑home sales strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.
  • Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting.
  • Experience managing Profit and Loss.
  • Computer software competencies, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations.
