Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Craftsman’s quality standards. This role involves coordinating kickoff meetings, managing project schedules, overseeing labor and resource planning, maintaining accurate job costing and billing, and driving administrative controls throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager serves as a liaison between the field and office, ensuring timely communication, effective issue resolution, and compliance with safety and contractual requirements.

In addition to project oversight, the role is accountable for developing high-performing project foremen through coaching, leadership, and performance management.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management
• Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management
• Skills in conducting Inspections and ensuring quality assurance
• Previous experience as an Expeditor is a plus
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage projects within budget and timeline constraints
• Familiarity with electrical systems and construction processes is desirable
