WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As President & COO, you will lead and oversee operations across the company’s growing hospitality portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and high performance at every property. You will drive organizational success by continuing best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The key focus of the role will be maintaining financial success of the organization.
Working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, you will help shape and execute strategic initiatives that support growth, profitability, and the company’s long-term vision. You will also be responsible for monitoring financial performance, managing operational efficiencies, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and developing high-performing teams that are equipped to deliver sustained success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic oversight of daily operations across the hotel and resort portfolio.
- Develop, implement, and uphold operational policies, standards, and key performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and support senior management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and innovation.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong cost controls, operational efficiency, and healthy profit margins.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent brand standards across all properties.
- Oversee financial forecasting and performance in partnership with the finance team.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for growth and business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated executive leadership experience within the hospitality industry, including required multi-property oversight.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of driving profitability, operational performance, and business growth.
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality operations, guest experience management, and service excellence standards preferably in an owner/operator model.
- Proven ability to work in a family-owned organization and work professionally with the board
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
