Head of Service & Aftermarket Parts Operations

This role is in the Industrial Automation Machine Industry, Industry experience is preferred

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven leader to build and grow a high-performing Service & Aftermarket business within a global OEM environment.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on:

• Owning service revenue, margin, and P&L performance
• Growing recurring revenue through service contracts, spare parts, retrofits, and lifecycle upgrades
• Building structure, KPIs, and scalable service processes
• Leading and developing field service teams
• Improving technician utilization, customer support, and aftermarket profitability
• Partnering with global teams to strengthen service strategy and execution

Ideal background:

• 7+ years in industrial automation, OEM machinery, or technical service leadership
• Proven experience growing service revenue and improving margins
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
• Experience leading field service teams
