MRSS Program Manager

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related human services field
  • Active Ohio licensure (LISW, LPCC, or LMFT)
  • Leadership experience in behavioral health or crisis services strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical expertise in crisis intervention, family systems, and trauma-informed care
  • Ability to lead with both strategy and empathy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel across service counties to support your team
Responsibilities

As Program Manager, you will lead both the clinical excellence and operational success of the MRSS program:

  • Provide strong clinical and administrative supervision to a team of therapists and crisis responders
  • Coach, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality, family-centered care
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with community providers, schools, and stakeholders
  • Oversee program performance and outcomes, including productivity, quality metrics, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Drive data-informed decision-making to improve services and expand impact
  • Collaborate across Best Point programs to ensure continuity of care

The Community Based team provides community-based/in-home services that are headquartered in an office environment. Must be able to provide community-based/in-home services a by operating own vehicle. Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and children who are upset.
