Responsibilities
- Define and execute the North American growth strategy
- Identify market opportunities and optimize market coverage
- Drive commercial performance and develop relationships with key customers
- Oversee subsidiary’s overall performance and manage operations
- Assume full responsibility for P&L and implement performance indicators
- Supervise relationship with third-party logistics partner
- Manage and develop the local team and create alignment around a clear vision
- Act as the face of the company in North America and serve as a bridge with European headquarters
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience within industrial B2B environments
- Proven track record in business development, sales leadership and general management responsibilities
- Experience managing distributors, OEMs, system integrators and indirect sales channels
- Comfortable managing a P&L, leading cross-functional teams and operating within a lean organization
- Recognized for strategic vision, commercial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in English is required
