Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of the annual business plan (AOI, volume, revenue, and gross margin)
- Spend time in the market with direct and indirect reports
- Collaborate and develop relationships with other internal functions
- Manage major bid and large key customer call points
- Direct business planning, strategy development
- Develop strategies and business plans to increase volume, profits, and market share
- Implement and communicate plans and processes to the SR Director and MUVP
- Collaborate with the Price Revenue Management Team
- Conduct monthly reviews of the P&L report
- Lead customer management activities
- Visit and assess the market for opportunities
- Provide guidance and support for key customer call points
- Direct, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree
- four (4) years
- three (3) to five (5) years of work experience
- Valid Driver’s License
