Compensation

  • Starting Pay: $19 per hour.
  • Unlimited sales and repair incentives (average $627/month on top of base pay).

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair all electronic devices, ensuring best‑in‑class quality.
  • Serve as the face of customer service excellence and guide the team in product knowledge and sales tactics.
  • Balance front‑ and back‑of‑house responsibilities and step into leadership as needed.
  • Supervise, train, and coach tech experts, standing in as store manager when required.
  • Maintain high standards by overseeing service‑level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are completed daily.
  • Innovate and organize by managing inventory, overseeing buybacks, return authorizations, and maintaining safety standards with proper PPE use.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service or retail sales.
  • At least 6 months of experience with product service support or technology repair with inventory management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong customer‑connection skills, making customers feel heard, valued, and cared for.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail store hours, including weekends and holidays.
