The Role
Kao USA is seeking an experienced Packaging Commercialization Manager to lead our Supply Chain packaging group. The role is responsible for planning and execution of production trials for the purpose of commercializing New Product Development initiatives. You will create and maintain package component technical specifications. The team also provides technical support services for all commercialized products. You will also directly manage a team of engineers.

- Salary range of $100,000 - $140,000
- Manage and lead the Project Management Packaging team in scale-up and optimization activities.
- Provide hands‑on technical support to troubleshoot packaging problems and identify corrective actions.
- Offer training, coaching, and performance management to the team to achieve high productivity, strong morale, and effective individual development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong technical aptitude in packaging materials & processes
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Ability to travel as needed
