Lead store operations and people leadership including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and termination; manage staffing and scheduling.;
Deliver exceptional pet parent and associate experience and ensure safety and compliance across store operations.;
Manage store profitability, budgets, and key performance metrics including sales and shrink; oversee reporting and financial objectives.;
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and code of ethics; oversee associate development and performance reviews.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership and engage in community events and partnerships.
