CJ Schwan’s, based in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Senior Director of Sales to lead our strategic partnership with Kroger. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution to deliver net sales, volume, and EBIT growth across our frozen portfolio, including Pizza, Asian, and Desserts.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will guide the sales team, develop Joint Business Plans, and influence decisions at the highest levels of both organizations. Travel approximately 10%.
