Social Work Clinical Manager

Location
:
Burnet Campus, travel to outpatient sites as necessary

Schedule
:
Full time, Monday-Friday day shift, 1.0 fte

Weekly Hours
: 40

Expected Starting Pay Range
: $91,520.00 - $ annually (salaried/exempt)

What You’ll Do In This Job
  • Lead and mentor approximately 30 social workers in inpatient and outpatient pediatric units; develop goals, policies, and educational programs.
  • Serve as resource for daily operations; resolve issues, oversee staffing, and ensure new employees are oriented.
  • Drive hiring, retention, onboarding, performance management, and employee development; partner with HR and leadership to build high‑performing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards; collaborate with leaders to improve staff performance and compliance.
  • Lead projects from start to finish; ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
What You Need To Be Considered For This Job
  • Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required.
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker‑Supervisor (LISW‑S) in the State of Ohio required.
  • 3 years of experience required; 5–8 years preferred. Prior leadership and management experience highly desired (project management, performance management, interviewing & training, disciplinary processes). Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
