Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Executive Project Manager to join our client to help drive the successful delivery of complex scientific construction projects from pre construction through closeout. This onsite
, direct hire role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio and plays a critical part in ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives. The Project Manager will serve as a key point of coordination among clients, internal teams, and subcontractors while maintaining full ownership of project outcomes. Approximately twenty five percent travel is expected based on project needs.
Compensation:
$220,000 to $250,000 base salary
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday; weekends and overtime as needed based on project demands
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Project Manager:
- Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, change management, and overall profit and loss results
- Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, field staff, and subcontractors to deliver safe, high quality, and timely project execution
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and proactive issue resolution
- Participate in design and planning discussions, review technical documents, manage documentation, and support procurement and scheduling activities
Qualifications and Skills for the Executive Project Manager:
- Proven experience managing Science and Technology construction projects with direct responsibility for financial outcomes and operational performance
- Solid understanding of construction processes, job coordination, and collaboration across cross functional teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project
- A bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of S&T project management experience; PMP certification is a plus
