Location: Columbus-based, with travel to Athens and future markets.

Purpose of the Role

The Divisional Operations Leader (DOL) creates clarity, consistency, accountability, and visibility across Inferno, DTK, and Dri-Lok operations.

This leader builds strong people, scalable systems, meaningful measurement, and operational excellence. The DOL owns day‑to‑day operational performance while identifying opportunities, eliminating inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement.

Success in this role comes from developing leaders, creating visibility through data and reporting, improving profitability, and ensuring the business consistently delivers for employees, customers, and employee owners.

Salary Range: $80,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership.
