Job ResponsibilitiesA Branch Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overall branch performance. This includes meeting and exceeding budgeted revenue growth, labor efficiency, safety, and branch profitability. A branch Manager will help us fulfill our core purpose of "Deliver Extraordinary Experiences" and will demonstrate our core values: employee centered, customer focused, and champions for the communities we serve.
As a Branch Manager you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in a business-to-business setting
- A creative problem solver with the capacity to innovate
- Team-oriented with experience managing others
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimal direction
- A positive attitude and a knack for working in a cooperative team environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- 10+ years of experience in the industry, including 5+ years of experience in management
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Industry certification a plus
- Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technology

Employees in this position should be able and willing to drive or travel locally as needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
