Purchasing Team Lead

We are a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP); building automation; and industrial piping contractor. Our team offers a variety of MEP and process piping services, including design-build engineering for new construction and renovation, installation and specialty construction, maintenance, and air balancing, start-up, and energy efficiency services.

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking to fill a Supervisor – Purchasing Team Lead position in our Cincinnati, Ohio location. The Purchasing Team Lead is a supervisory position responsible for supporting, coaching, developing, and motivating the Purchasing Team. This position is the first point of contact for the team and the best candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations.

This person should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve departmental and individual goals.

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations.
• Monitor team performance with Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Admin.
