Director Of Operations
Consistency across multiple trades, vendors, and customer locations is the primary responsibility of the Director of Operations. Supporting multi-property retail and commercial portfolios, the platform delivers paving, snow removal, landscaping, and sweeping programs that depend on effective vendor oversight, site-level cost control, and reliable national account execution. The Director will manage P&L performance, vendor network effectiveness, and service delivery across the portfolio.
The position requires a systems-oriented operator who can establish clear processes, enforce accountability among vendors and field teams, and improve margins through disciplined planning, performance measurement, and consistent execution.
