The Regional Coordinator - Supervisor will support the Regional and Facility Managers, overseeing a team of dedicated regional coordinators on the Kimberly-Clark account portfolio. This role is a working supervisor, who is directly responsible for the support of a region while providing oversight to the rest of the team.

Provides work group leadership ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of activities below with EFS facility managers, EFS central and shared services team, technicians, client representatives and subcontractors:

Regional Coordinators are the main point of contact for facility managers, providing administrative and process support to ensure timely resolution of requests, accurate site data, and compliance with processes and documentation.

They ensure data and reporting is accurate; creating Change Orders as needed, creating presentations and documentation for M , Q  and other meetings/deliverables; entering data into various software platforms and actions plans to support the regional operations. They establish customer relationships and provide client follow-up; provides training to facility managers and customer end users associated with process and best practices and tracking performance against assigned targets.

The Regional Coordinator, Supervisor is also responsible for fostering a positive work environment within the team of Regional Coordinators. This includes coaching and mentoring team members, managing the review process and engaging in team mate development.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Business Experience

• 3-5 years of administrative experience; prior experience in an industrial environment preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid driver's license

Computer Skills

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.), Word, and Power Point
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms

Language Skills

• English

Written and Oral Communication Skills

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
