Poker Supervisor
Poker Supervisor leads the poker team in order to create continuous improvement in the employee experience and service for our guests.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversees game protection, integrity and maintains compliance with internal controls and Ohio Casino Control Commission regulations.
- Leads and supports Poker team in order to create legendary customer service.
- Ensures Poker staff has the training, tools and mindset to enable them in their positions as service professionals.
- Leads the Poker team in a way that creates continuous improvements in the employee experience.
- Ensures operational and game integrity.
- Settles disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Handles guest and employee concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Informs Poker Manager and Surveillance team of irregularities.
- Verifies issuance of credit after all necessary signatures are confirmed.
- Informs Poker Manager of disputes on game.
- Ensures that required facilities and equipment are available and functioning properly.
- Guides and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties.
- Reviews and evaluates personnel.
- Initiates fills and credits to a game as necessary.
- Records table inventory when the table opens and after it closes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knows and abides by Ohio CCC regulations, internal controls and company policies and procedures.
- Always presents oneself as a credit to Hard Rock Casino and encourages others to do the same.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Education, Experience and Requirements:
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public.
- Math skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Must have a professional appearance and be a team player.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.
- Knowledge of casino rules, procedures and regulations related to Poker. Required Certification/License:
Ability to obtain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio
