What This Role Is

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of nationwide fleet graphics and vinyl installation projects from kickoff through completion. The project manager manages project schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, installation partners, documentation, and client communication while collaborating with sales, design, production, installation, and finance teams. The ideal project manager has 1–3 years of project management or project coordination experience and excels in timeline management, vendor management, risk resolution, quality control, and client service.

What You'll Do Project Management & Execution
  • Manage installation projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Develop timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
  • Review installation quality and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, POs, invoices, and ERP records.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Collaboration & Professional Skills
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with sales, vendors, designers, installers, and finance.
  • Negotiate vendor pricing and maintain subcontractor relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused, collaborative mindset.
Requirements What You'll Bring to

The Role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of project management experience; experience in fleet vinyl installation industry or related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Net Suite, and  (preferred).
  • Understand project management principles and best practices.
  • Strong planning, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
