Setup machine as appropriate to machine specifications Setup and operate computer numerical control (CNC) and/or manual milling machines Ability to perform milling skills such as Face Milling, Reaming, Boring, Line Boring Ability to read and edit programs using Fagor or Fanuc controls Work from written procedures, complex drawings and blueprints, sketches, operations sheets, specifications and instructions to plan work operations Prove out programs and edits as necessary Must know G-Code Use and interpret precision measuring instruments Changes tool off sets to maintain dimensions per production drawings Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Maintain required time, production and quality records Determine and report any inefficiencies, defective materials, unusual conditions and machining issues Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures " />
