Shipping and Receiving

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Shipping & Receiving role in Cincinnati, OH. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship finished goods in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Accurately enter shipping, receiving, and inventory data into inventory management or ERP systems.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification a plus).
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure material availability and timely shipments.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse and shipping areas.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged materials, shipment discrepancies, or inventory issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies related to material handling and storage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within shipping and receiving operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or shipping platforms is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers, documentation, and basic logistics processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
