We are actively seeking Extrusion Operators to join our team.

We are a growing company and welcome applications from individuals looking for a new opportunity with a leading packaging company.

• Operate an extruder machine in a safe manner to produce film and ensure quality product with minimal scrap. Maintain production schedules and keep the work area clean.
• Run equipment and perform light maintenance on the assigned machine; communicate any major issues to the supervisor/lead.
• Read, understand, and follow all work instructions to produce products that meet production, scrap, and quality standards.
• Ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements and maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards; maintain product quality at or above required specifications.

• Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong math, measurement, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and as an independent contributor.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, etc.).
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Starting pay potential up to $22.00/hour depending on prior experience.
