We are actively seeking Extrusion Operators to join our team.

Responsibilities- Operate an extruder machine in a safe manner to produce film and ensure quality product with minimal scrap. Maintain production schedules and keep the work area clean.
- Run equipment and perform light maintenance on the assigned machine; communicate any major issues to the supervisor/lead.
- Read, understand, and follow all work instructions to produce products that meet production, scrap, and quality standards.
- Ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements and maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards; maintain product quality at or above required specifications.
- Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong math, measurement, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and as an independent contributor.
- Must be able to work a 12-hour schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, etc.).
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Starting pay potential up to $22.00/hour depending on prior experience.
