Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cleanroom Picker/Packer to join our team in Woodlawn, OH. This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for picking and packing orders in a cleanroom environment.

• Pick customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems.
• Verify product accuracy, quantities, and condition before packing.
• Pack items securely following company packaging guidelines.
• Label and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

• Experience in packing, packaging, and order picking.
• Familiarity with forklifts and RF scanners.
• 1+ years of experience as a picker/packer.

• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Must wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work in a cleanroom environment located in Woodlawn, OH, during the 1st shift from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime required as needed. Ensure safety by adhering to PPE requirements and maintain organization in a dynamic setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
