Lead daily paint department operations with responsibility for safety, quality, output, and schedule adherence
Operate and oversee the powder coating booth
, including equipment setup, cleaning, and monitoringSet, monitor, and control wash systems and dry-off/bake ovens to ensure proper curing and finish quality
Ensure all painted parts meet powder coating quality standards and customer requirements
Perform and track preventive maintenance (PM) activities as assigned
Accurately record powder usage, labor reporting, and production data each shift
Drive process optimization to improve throughput, efficiency, and first-pass yield
Execute changeovers correctly and efficiently to minimize downtime
Identify and report maintenance or equipment issues in real time
Act as a hands‑on lead
