A Japanese robotics company located in the northern Cincinnati area seeks Procurement Specialist.
Hourly Range: $30/hour~$36/hour ($65,000~$70,000/year)

Japanese language would be a plus, but not mandatory.
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for purchasing materials, parts, supplies, tools, equipment and services as required for the operations of the company in order to support customers and production. They are to consult with our Production, Engineering, and Sales teams in order to ensure all materials purchased are within budget and received by the due date. They must follow up on ordered parts to ensure project deadlines are met.
The Procurement Specialist must maintain good relationships with all vendors. They will also be responsible for miscellaneous administrative duties.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- 3+ years related purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Written and oral fluency in the Japanese language is a plus.
- Must possess proficient computer skills. Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
- Shipping experience, including international, is a plus.
- Experience reading engineered drawings is a plus.
