Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Master Planner to join their team. As a Master Planner, you will be part of the Production Planning department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Salary$120,000-$160,000 + 15% Bonus
MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER ONLY What's the Job?- Lead the development and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Maintain and refine scalable planning systems, tools, and processes for accurate and efficient scheduling.
- Monitor production progress, analyze capacity requirements, and proactively adjust plans to address constraints or delays.
- Lead cross-functional communication efforts to align material availability, capacity, and delivery commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, production workflows, and capacity planning methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing scalable planning solutions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
