Position Summary:

As the Maintenance Technician you are responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our production plant runs smoothly, consistently, and effectively by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and responding promptly to breakdowns or equipment malfunctions. This is a second shift position working a 2:30 - 10:30 shift.

A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:

• Perform daily preventative maintenance and document daily maintenance and repair logs

• Diagnose and implement corrective action to problems with equipment.

• Provide high level of support to other personnel during shift to maintain uptime on equipment

• Troubleshoot and safely perform electrical preventive maintenance and repair procedures.

• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (eMaint) to track work orders.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Role:

• 4+ years of experience and must be at least 18 years of age

• Personable and professional, with strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service and operational excellence

• Proven experience and proficient knowledge of motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical components

• Electro-mechanical experience preferred, especially with material handling systems such as screw conveyors, pneumatic conveyors and other related equipment

• Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics

• Ability to frequently climb ladders, work from heights, and lift or move up to 50 lbs. while working in a non-climate controlled and often dusty environment

• High School Diploma or GED
