, or construction pro who loves seeing a project through from a raw sheet of material to a finished install? FASTSIGNS is looking for a versatile Sign Construction & Installation Specialist
.

This isn't a "desk job" or a "repetitive factory line." You will be on the team that is the technical backbone of our shop—operating CNC routers to fabricate custom signs and graphics one day, and putting up wall graphics and dimensional letters or operating a boom lift to install signs the next.

• Dynamic Workday: 50% Shop Fabrication / 50% Field Installation.
• Advanced Tooling: Get hands-on with industrial CNC routers
  , large-format printers, and finishing equipment.
• Certifications: We provide training for Boom Lift/Aerial Work Platform (operation up to around 30 feet).
• Full Benefits: Competitive pay, performance bonuses, medical, 401(k) after first year and paid time off. Compensation range includes a monthly bonus and is based on experience.

• CNC Router Operation: Load, set up, and operate the router to cut acrylic, aluminum, PVC, and graphics with precision.
• Sign Assembly: Use power tools and adhesives to assemble dimensional letters, light boxes, and custom substrates.
• Graphics Production: Manage wide-format printing, laminating, and "weeding" vinyl for high-end visual displays.

• Site Leadership: Travel to job sites to lead the physical installation of our signs and graphics in stadiums, lobbies, on retail storefronts and just about anywhere a sign goes.
• Exterior Work: Safely operate ladders, boom lifts and scissor lifts to mount signage on building exteriors.
• Mechanical Problem Solving: Every wall is different. You’ll use your "handyman sense" to choose the right anchors, levels, and mounting techniques to ensure a permanent, safe install. You'll engage in the FASTSIGNS training program to expand your skills.

• The Problem Solver: You look at a complex blueprint or a difficult mounting surface and say, "I can figure that out."
• The Craftsperson: You have 1-2 years of experience in construction, cabinetry, or a mechanical trade
  . You know your way around a drill, a circular saw, and a tape measure.
• The Operator: You are comfortable (or eager to learn) operating a CNC Router and navigating Boom Lifts at height.
• The Professional: You take pride in "level and plumb" work. You represent the company professionally when on-site with clients.
