Join a premier shot peening facility where precision meets performance.
We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team in Blue Ash. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to sharpen their skills-specifically in preventative maintenance-within a supportive and safety-focused manufacturing environment.
The Details
- Pay: $24.00 - $28.00/hour (Based on experience)
- Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
- Location: Blue Ash, OH
As a key member of the maintenance team, you will ensure our machinery runs at peak performance by:
- Precision Work: Working within precise limits and following blueprints or technical instructions.
- Assembly & Installation: Assembling machinery using hand and power tools; fastening components via welding, bolting, or riveting.
- Machining: Operating engine lathes, mills, or drill presses to grind and turn parts to exact specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Utilizing logical, step-by-step procedures to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
- Safety First: Safely working at heights and across various areas of the facility.
- Experience: 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on aptitude for working with motors and basic welding (MIG).
- Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with lathes, mills, and drill presses.
- Adaptability: Ability to perform a variety of duties that may change day-to-day.
