Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Bottling Operations department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Provide leadership and guidance to production team members during the 3rd shift to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate daily production activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to maintain high performance and compliance with safety and quality protocols.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, conduct physical counts, and collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support project execution, process enhancements, and special initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the shift.
What's Needed?
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in a high-speed bottling or packaging environment.
  • Experience in training and developing team members within a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality standards, and inventory management practices.
