Assembly Technician

Pay Range

$17.97 - $21.97 Hourly

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

• Assembly processes and quality control. Contributing to streamline processes, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

• Good mechanical aptitude and competency using different tooling.
• Proficiency with testing equipment.

The safe and accurate assembly of customer devices according to documented processes and quality standards.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Understand the assembly process and requirements.
• Gather all necessary parts and tools needed for the assembly process.
• Assemble parts or components according to specification and following procedures and guidelines.
• Use hand tools and power tools and be able to fasten or connect parts together.
• Inspect parts for defects and quality issues during the assembly process.
• Test assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Make adjustments or repairs to product if needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production assembly activities including the time taken to produce parts and meet production goals.
• Remove and dispose of packaging.
